Shipping to Canada or the United States?

All orders over $150 ship free. For orders under $150, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

All other shipping locations

For all orders not being shipped to Canada or the US, there is a $15 flat rate shipping fee.

The buyer is responsible for paying duties and taxes, if applicable.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, your order may be shipped directly from our manufacturers. As such, if you have ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages.

The time frame for delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Between processing and shipping, most products will arrive within 14 days after the date it has been shipped (excluding holidays and weekends). 

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us: support@chantelrenee.ca. Or if you have purchased insurance through Route, you may be able to submit a claim at this point.

When your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent via the method you selected during check out. Once the package is handed over to the courier, they are held responsible for making sure that the item is delivered to the customer. We are not liable for lost/stolen/un-received packages. Alternatively, if you have purchased insurance through Route, you can track your package through their service and any lost/stole/un-received packages are covered by Route.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, including unit or condo number. In the unfortunate event the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address we have for you, you will be invoiced and will need to pay the additional shipping charge required for us to re-ship your order to you.
